RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Occupational Therapy Screening, Evaluations and skilled Occupational Therapy treatment modalities and interventions to Individuals residing in Group Home/Day Habilitation Settings throughout Queens/Brooklyn.
- Ensure appropriate Occupational Therapy documentation and attend Clinical Team Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be currently Registered / Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the New York State Department of Education.
- Have specialized training or one year experience working in the Developmental Disabilities field or have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
