TITLE:   REGISTERED/LICENSED DIETITIAN OR NUTRITIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Nutritional Assessments to Individuals who are at risk via Nutritional Screening.
• Develop Individualized Menu Plans/Nutritional Service Plans, provide staff trainings and attend Clinical and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings as required for individuals residing a group home setting throughout Brooklyn/Queens.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be currently Registered / Licensed as a Registered Dietician by the New York State Department of Education.
• Have specialized training or one year experience working in the Developmental Disabilities field or have experience working in a Skill Nursing Facility.
