TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the coordination and scheduling of transportation for recreation, community inclusion and clinic appointments for the Individuals residing at the Residence.
- Responsible for scheduling all full / part and relief Residence Counselors.
- Schedules all trainings, including initial orientation, and ensures compliance as needed.
- Works collaboratively with the QMRP to ensure timely and effective implementation of all individuals’ goals, including the accurate collection and recording of data.
- Ensures compliance of programmatic needs for the Individuals residing in the residence and fosters appropriate programming and data collection.
- In the absence of the Program Manager, works to ensure the communication of accurate, important information to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures the implementation and documentation of all fire drills.
- Ensures that annual compliance for all staff members PPD’s are filed.
- Ensures that all requests for “time off” are approved by the Program Manager. Assures staff attendance records are current and recorded appropriately.
- Completes payroll and documents overtime for Program Manager approval.
- Adherence to responsibilities as deemed necessary by administration.
- Ability to attend investigation training and conduct investigations in accordance with OMRDD regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, or Associates Degree from and accredited college and / or university plus three years direct care experience.
