RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of three Job Coaches.
- Maintaining a modified caseload.
- Participation in mandated quality assurance projects, provision of training to staff, assisting the Clinical Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, and the provision of general program oversight in the absence of the Clinical Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MSW or equivalent degree.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of client benefits and entitlements.
