RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement, oversee two VESID Workforce Development Contracts – UCR ( United Contracted Services ) and supported employment.
  • Supervise the employment coach responsible for the day to day operation of the supported employment contract.
  • Design start-up of the UCR contract including, identifying VESID eligible Consumers, providing application assistance; completing evaluations and ensuring that all contracted levels of service are monitored and billing is timely.
  • Work with all service lines to promote VESID opportunities with all eligible Consumers.
  • Closely monitor fiscal benchmarks to ensure the fiscal viability of the program.
  • Actively participate with the workforce development committee to promote a culture of valuing employment across all service lines and identify employment opportunities for all CCBQ Consumers seeking jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CRC, MSW, MA or MS in a Human Service Field.
  • Two years experience working in job training / job placement field.
  • Appreciation of vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; computer literacy required.
  • Ability to travel.
