RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement, oversee two VESID Workforce Development Contracts – UCR ( United Contracted Services ) and supported employment.
- Supervise the employment coach responsible for the day to day operation of the supported employment contract.
- Design start-up of the UCR contract including, identifying VESID eligible Consumers, providing application assistance; completing evaluations and ensuring that all contracted levels of service are monitored and billing is timely.
- Work with all service lines to promote VESID opportunities with all eligible Consumers.
- Closely monitor fiscal benchmarks to ensure the fiscal viability of the program.
- Actively participate with the workforce development committee to promote a culture of valuing employment across all service lines and identify employment opportunities for all CCBQ Consumers seeking jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CRC, MSW, MA or MS in a Human Service Field.
- Two years experience working in job training / job placement field.
- Appreciation of vulnerable populations.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; computer literacy required.
- Ability to travel.
