RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the supervision, with another clinical supervisor, of the staff who provide clinical, case management and direct care services to the residents of Monica House.
- Responsible for the monitoring of all charting and documentation, implementation of agency policies and procedures.
- Responsible for training and the fulfilling of our program’s mission of bringing self sufficiency and independence to the lives of those who are homeless adults living with a serious mental illness in a Community Residence setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in the mental health field is a must with at least two year’s experience working with this population. Licensure is a plus.
- Familiarity with the New York State Office of Mental Health regulations on Health, fire and Safety is a must as well as the ability of teaching the fundamentals of self care and activities of daily living skills to the residents.
- Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday shift a must.
