RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for program management, planning and development, supervision and provision of all program functions and for compliance with fiscal and operational requirements as established by the funding sources for the family and youth services.
  • Ensures the development of program policies and procedures manuals
  • Participates in developing, implementing and monitoring standards of care and the quality assurance system used within the local agency in relation to the youth and family development programs.
  • Responsible for developing new and innovative programming, staff training and orientation to address emerging youth and family needs, coordinate development and monitoring of program outcomes, strategic planning.
  • Coordinate staff training to reflect agency and field standards and best practices.
  • Maintain formal and regular communication to the funding sources.
  • Report directly to Family Services Administrator and VP Family Services.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

MS / MA Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field.
Minimum of seven years post masters experience in staff supervision and administration; operational oversight and program evaluation.
Excellent communication and computer skills; positive presentation for high visibility programs.
