TITLE:                                    FAMILY TEAM CONFERENCE COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a calendar of all FASP’s due within ninety day period.
  • Work with supervisor and case planners to determine FTC timetable.
  • Collaborate with case planners and supervisors to plan conference dates.
  • Complete request forms for FTC’s and send to ACS.
  • Monitor FTC dates to ensure conferences are held within appropriate time frames.
  • Supervise management of conference space
  • In absence of Adm. Assistant monitors waiting room and telephones.
  • Assist in managing agency activities such as process case records for closings or as program director assigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates or BA Degree.
  • Computer literate.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
  • Experience in dealing with people.
