RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide individual / couples / group therapy and case management service to a caseload of approximately 30 clients.
Interface with referral sources, i.e., hospitals, foster care agencies, etc.
Maintain clinical charts per NYS Office of Mental Health Regulations.
Comply with the requirements of funding sources, i.e., HMOs, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
Participate in weekly supervision and weekly staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
LMSW / LCSW.
Experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic preferred.
Bi-lingual, Spanish a plus.
